Crystal Williams

Director of First Impressions

Crystal Williams was born and raised in Gary, IN. She had a very athletic background playing four sports. She attended Purdue University, West Lafayette where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision, with a Minor in Computer Information Systems in 2006.  She earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2011. Since graduating college, Crystal has worked in Business Finance as an Analyst at two Fortune 500 companies for 5 years, in the Education field teaching Math for 8 years, and 3 years as a Payroll Specialist/HR Assistant.   

She is passionate about helping others and has a very caring heart. People would describe Crystal to have a very good sense of humor and knows how to make people smile and feel cared for.

When Crystal is not working, she loves all things that are creative. She loves reading, listening to music, spending time with family and friends, dancing, photography, watching action movies, handmaking natural products, painting, and being in nature.
